Product Review: Good bag but could be better
The product was as described and delivered on time. The wheels and handle are a good quality and it pulls along effortlessly. Because of the handle, the back of the backpack is rigid and not as comfortable as a standard backpack. They could have put more padding on to rectify this. The size is good - it was purchased as a school bad for my son who has a mass of folders and heavy textbooks to carry around - he can fit everything he needs for school in it quite easily. The front pocket seems a bit flimsy/cheap and could have been designed better but overall a good product that will save my son carrying the weight of a small elephant on his back every day!
