Product Review: Everything you'd want in a compact messenger. Looks the part too.
I've bought a bunch of messenger bags lately, different sizes and colours to suit different situations. I find I'm using this one the most. Here's why:
Outside zipped pocket allows easy access for a book, say, without having to open the bag. It won't accommodate A4 sheets sideways but this is a compact bag.
The strap is thick enough to be comfortable without a shoulder rest. And it doesn't skew where it attaches to the bag via the plastic fittings (when the connector turns sideways and the strap bunches-up at each end of it), which I hate.
The bag flap fastens with adjustable clips. You might prefer magnetic fasteners for convenience but when the bag is full the straps do need adjusting, so these clips are the most practicle in the long run.
There's a handle on top of the bag which I find very useful.
Inside the bag there are numerous pockets which are just the ticket. As it's thin nylon material they are not in the way when not...
