I ordered this Kipling Alvar BE bag in good faith that I was purchasing a new and unused product. Unfortunately, even though the product tags were still attached, there was a used Vick's Inhaler in one of the front pockets - how DISGUSTING! I have been assured by Amazon Customer Services that any goods returned are designated for a "warehouse sale" and not available for general purchase - after this, one has to wonder!
