Product Review: Good Item but picture not up to date
I bought this for my hubby's birthday and although it is a lovely, high quality item, the fastenings are not as shown in the picture (although this may have been updated now). I bought this as the only specification I had been given was that it needed to have buckle fastenings, which it did look to have. However, when it arrived, the fastenings were clasp ones, not buckles. I contacted the seller and was impressed with the way they handled this issue, explaining that the manufacturer had changed the design and not told them, and offering a refund. I decided to keep the item and think it is a lovely gift but the niggle with the fastenings was a bit annoying. All in all though, the commnication with the seller, speed of delivery and quality of the item were excellent.
