Product Review: Poor purchase process and wrong colour sent
If you buy goods on ebay you can send a note to the seller. This seems impossible via Amazon. I was disappointed that I bought a purple bag but a black one came. I considered sending it back, but what other colours do they have and is a purple one still available? I have no idea as I cannot send a message. I decided to keep it – but I’m grumpy about it.
The bag is fine. Fifty quid is a fair price but I wouldn't pay full price. It opens out into a bigger bag which is excellent but the handles are very cheap and it brings the quality of the bag down. I also have a 17inch laptop and while it fits into the bag itself, it doesn't fit the internal protective pocket. My stitching is also slightly damaged but it’s too much hassle to return and I need a bag now.
So, a dissatisfied customer.
