This is my 5th Kipling bag, but the first purchased through Amazon. Excellent service, as usual from Amazon, the bag is amazing value and I adore it! I have always paid more when purchasing from shops- i don't intend to do this again when I can shop in the comfort of my home and get such wonderful value. Everything about the bag is excellent, - the quality, size , colour - it is exactly what I wanted. I find the bags last for years and look as good as when first purchased as they are made with such good quality design and materials. Look forward to having a look for another..............
